Graffiti writers and street artists alike are all to often labeled as a danger to society, but what happens when the street art and the artist rise to the top! Street to Tower shines a new light on some of NY’s most talented street artists and graffiti writers. The walls on the 69th floor of tower number four at the World Trade Center have been transformed and they are a sight to see. Street Smart Guides, Izzy and Mar, co-curated the show along with Doug Smith, owner of World Trade Gallery, Robert Marcucci, a creative consultant, and Dara McQuillan, the chief marketing officer for Silverstein Properties, which developed the tower.
